DESCRIPTION

All the pots are food safe and can be used in microwave and conventional ovens and dishwashers.

John Kelb has studied pottery full-time in Dunedin New Zealand. John has worked for 9 years between Sweden and New Zealand. He has been a potter since 1980, and has a workshop in Invercargill New Zealand. All pottery is made from clay that is obtain from Southland. John blends 3 clays in his workshop to produce stoneware pottery that is fired in either gas or wood fired kilns.

"With the help of water and fire the clay is transformed from soft to a hard form. This process still fascinates me. It is a challenge to retain the natural qualities of the clay and to have a harmonious blend with the glazes that is both pleasing to the eye and functional."

When an order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent containing an invoice number, tracking number, the item/s, and payment instructions.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full and Charmaine Reveley Ltd. is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

If an item is out of stock upon order, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date. If the item is no longer available, Charmaine Reveley Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a refund, if required.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS/REFUNDS

Charmaine Reveley Ltd. endeavors to meet all obligations required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If you require an exchange, or wish to return an item for a refund, please contact info@charmainereveley.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Any costs incurred for the return shipping of an item is your responsibility as the customer, unless the garment is faulty or incorrect.
All items must be returned unused, unwashed and unaltered with all original tags attached. Charmaine Reveley Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund or exchange if these requirements are not met, except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If a refund is requested, you will be contacted to discuss how this will be transferred.
When providing an exchange of an item, the replacement item will be shipped at no cost to you. Free shipping on an exchange item is only valid for the first exchange of an item. In the event of any further exchanges on the same original purchase, you may be required to pay shipping charges.
