ORDERS AND PURCHASES
Payment can be made by Bank Deposit and Credit Card via Paypal. Please ensure all personal information, address, email, and credit card details are filled out correctly to allow for prompt delivery. No bank or credit card details are kept on record.
All pricing on the Charmaine Reveley Ltd. website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
Charmaine Reveley Gift Vouchers cannot be accepted online.
When an order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent containing an invoice number, tracking number, the item/s, and payment instructions.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full and Charmaine Reveley Ltd. is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
If an item is out of stock upon order, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date. If the item is no longer available, Charmaine Reveley Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a refund, if required.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS/REFUNDS

If you require an exchange, or wish to return an item for a refund, please contact

Any costs incurred for the return shipping of an item is your responsibility as the customer, unless the garment is faulty or incorrect.
All items must be returned unused, unwashed and unaltered with all original tags attached. Charmaine Reveley Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund or exchange if these requirements are not met, except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If a refund is requested, you will be contacted to discuss how this will be transferred.
When providing an exchange of an item, the replacement item will be shipped at no cost to you. Free shipping on an exchange item is only valid for the first exchange of an item. In the event of any further exchanges on the same original purchase, you may be required to pay shipping charges.
