If an item is out of stock upon order, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date. If the item is no longer available, Charmaine Reveley Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a refund, if required.

Any costs incurred for the return shipping of an item is your responsibility as the customer, unless the garment is faulty or incorrect.
All items must be returned unused, unwashed and unaltered with all original tags attached. Charmaine Reveley Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund or exchange if these requirements are not met, except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If a refund is requested, you will be contacted to discuss how this will be transferred.
When providing an exchange of an item, the replacement item will be shipped at no cost to you. Free shipping on an exchange item is only valid for the first exchange of an item. In the event of any further exchanges on the same original purchase, you may be required to pay shipping charges.
